Pricing & Plans
How much does TrackWorks cost?
You start with a 60-day free trial at $35.99 per user / month that includes the Core Module plus three add-ons — Estimates, Invoicing, and Purchase Orders. After the trial, the Core Module is $45.99 per user / month, and each add-on module is $199.99 / month. You can cancel anytime.
What’s included in the free trial?
The 60-day trial gives you everything you need to run your operation end to end: the full Core Module plus the Estimates, Invoicing, and Purchase Orders modules — so you can test the complete quote-to-invoice workflow before you commit a dime.
Is there a minimum number of users?
TrackWorks is built for teams and delivers the most value for operations with 5 or more technicians. Smaller teams can absolutely use it — but if you’re juggling multiple techs, service orders, and equipment, that’s where it really pays off.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts and no lock-in — you can cancel anytime.
What are the add-on modules?
Add-on modules build on the Core Module to close the loop from quote to cash: Estimates (build, send, and track estimates with digital approval), Invoicing (auto-generate branded invoices with real-time payment status), and Purchase Orders (create and track POs tied to jobs and vendors). Each is $199.99 / month and can be turned on whenever you need it.
Can I add users or modules later?
Yes. Plans are fully scalable — add users or switch on modules anytime, with no waiting period. You only pay for what you actually use.
The Platform
What’s included in the Core Module?
Every plan includes the Core Module: Work Order Management, Technician Time Tracking, Equipment & Asset Management, Parts & Inventory Management, and Reporting & Business Insights — everything you need to run jobs from assignment to completion, all in one place.
Does the mobile app work offline?
Yes — fully. Your techs can manage work orders, log parts and hours, capture photos, and complete jobs with zero connection. Everything syncs automatically the moment they’re back online, so nothing is ever lost. It’s built for basements, rooftops, warehouses, and remote job sites where signal drops out.
What industries is TrackWorks built for?
TrackWorks fits any business managing field techs, service orders, and equipment — including forklift, heavy equipment, and fleet service, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facilities maintenance. If you send technicians into the field, it fits.
Integrations & Hardware
Does TrackWorks integrate with QuickBooks?
Yes. TrackWorks integrates with QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, Equipsoft, and more — keeping financials, inventory, and customer records in real-time sync. Need a custom or ERP integration? Our team has 20+ years of experience and can scope it to your setup.
Do you offer rugged tablets for my techs?
Yes. We offer pre-configured IP68 waterproof, MIL-STD-810H rugged Android tablets — with GPS, long battery life, and dual SIM 4G/5G — preloaded with TrackWorks and an optional unlimited data plan. Order them with or without the data plan and software, ready to hand your crew on day one.
Security & Support
Is my data secure?
Yes. TrackWorks uses end-to-end encryption, automatic cloud backups, and role-based access controls — so the right people see the right things and your data stays protected.
What kind of support do you offer?
We offer 24/7 support by phone, email, and through our Support Center, so you’re never left guessing. For step-by-step help and how-to guides, visit our Support Center →
Do you help with setup and training?
Yes. We provide onsite or remote training to get your whole team up and running, so you’re productive from day one instead of figuring it out alone.
